Passionate about people, discovering new cultures, and staying active. I’ve been travelling and working across Greenland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands for more than 10 years. Starting as a guide, I fell in love with the Arctic and its unique way of life. In my time off, I love travelling, exploring hot springs around Iceland, and spending time with family and friends.

Living the true Icelandic lifestyle — hiking, driving superjeeps, sorting sheep, and riding Icelandic horses. I love showing guests that adventures can be big or small, each with its own beauty and meaning. Whether boarding a ship or picking berries, I prefer to experience places slowly, camera in hand, finding a deeper connection to the land.

Originally from North Greenland, I’ve lived across the country, gaining a deep love for our landscapes and communities. Before joining Vela as Cruise Manager, I worked as a guide on land, sea, and cruises. I love exploring new places, meeting people, and discovering the stories each area holds. Travel is part of who I am, but Greenland will always be home. In my free time, I enjoy nature, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
